The Edge of Glory

Estos días "The Edge of Glory" anda en los primeros puestos de muchos charts internacionales y es que Lady Gaga nos ha acostumbrado a sus éxitos. Stefani Joanne Angelica Germanotta nació en Manhattan el 28 de marzo de 1986 y creció con los éxitos de sus artistas más influyentes: Michael Jackson y Madonna. Dese 2006 nos ha acostumbrado a sus canciones y excéntricidades estudiadas. 

"The Edge of Glory" (El borde de la gloria) es una canción escrita por DJ White Shadow y Fernando Garibay e incluida en su segundo álbum de estudio "Born This Way". Originalmente lanzada como el primer sencillo promocional del álbum, fue anunciada como sencillo tras cosechar un gran éxito en las listas de ventas del mundo, siendo lanzada a las radios estadounidenses el 17 de mayo de 2011.

La grabación del tema se realizó el 9 de mayo de 2011 en los estudios The Living Room  en Oslo (Noruega). . Las únicas personas que aparecen en el vídeo son Lady Gaga y el saxofonista Clarence Clemons, quien falleció el pasado 18 de junio , luego de padecer complicaciones derivadas de su derrame cerebral.
