LMFAO es un dúo norteamericano de música electro hop formado en 2006 en Los Ángeles y compuesto por los raperos y DJs Redfoo (Stefan Kendal Gordy, 3 de septiembre de 1975) y SkyBlue (Skyler Husten Gordy, 23 de agosto de 1986). Definen su estilo musical como "party rock". El nombre del dúo se compone de las iniciales de "Laughing My Fucking Ass Off".

"Party Rock Anthem" es el segundo sencillo de su álbum "Sorry for Party Rocking" e incluye letras de la canción de Rick Ross "Hustlin". Ha sido compuesto junto a Lauren Bennett y GoonRock. Es un tema del estilo electro hop y la letra es de Stefan Gordy, Skyler Gordy, Jamahl Listenbee y Peter Schroeder.

El videoclip, con coreografía de los miembros de Quest Crew Hokuto Konishi, Victor Kim, Ryan Conferido y Ryan Feng es una parodia de la película "28 días después" (Para España) o "Exterminio" (Para Latinoamérica).
